Processing Time
All orders are hand-poured and packed with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Local Delivery (if applicable): 1–2 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at allyourn0705@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right!
