EU Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at hello@coconutglowcandle.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
4. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• For hygiene reasons, candles that have been burned cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Custom or personalized items are exempt from the right of return unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@coconutglowcandle.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
